Here at Keyosk, we want you to love your new devices and peripherals. But we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's okay! If you need to return or exchange an item, we've got you covered with a straightforward process.
You can return any Keyosk product within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Just make sure you keep the receipt - because we can't process a return without it.
Returning your product is simple. Just follow these steps:
Contact Our Support Team: Reach out to us with your order number and reason for return. We're here to help!
Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Pack up your product (including any accessories), and send it back to us.
Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving your returned product, we will process your refund (back to your original payment method) or send a replacement if that's what you prefer.
Some items aren't eligible for return, such as:
Opened or Used Products: If you've already used or opened your keyboard or peripheral (we get it, it's hard to resist), we can't take it back unless it's defective.
Custom Orders: Custom-built products are final sale. If you requested a unique configuration, we're afraid we can't accept returns.
If you received a damaged or defective product, don't panic! We'll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and we'll help you with a return or exchange.
We currently accept returns only within the country of purchase. International returns may not be possible, but please reach out to us and we'll try to work something out.
